Replace sugar with honey in your food, for the benefit of a strong immune system, it’s antioxidant properties and ability to cleanse. Find honey which has had minimal heat treatment to receive all it’s natural goodness. Try using Manuka honey for facials or even as a face wash - I wash my face with honey most days. Honey is a natural antiseptic and has been known to improve skin conditions out of sight. If you have eczema, psoriasis, acne or any other skin irritation try applying honey for 15-30 mins, and washing it off. Do this a few times a week, particularly after a long or stressful day.
